This module specifies all the details of the quantity of
opening stock. As you have to keep the opening stock report
of all the products to start the business, you can thus
keep the record of the current stock, and thus maintain
the stock accordingly.
It also specifies the total quantity of material "Purchased"
& against the "Purchased" materials, the items
"Issued" to the customers & also all the "Returned"
items are specified.

the materials stock report upto the particular "Date"

This module will display details of the goods which are
purchased from the Vendors, the Date of Purchase, the Item
Name, the No. of Quantity also the ISL No. applied. It will
also display the particulars of the Item sent back to the
vendor for any of the reasons. The details mentioned will
help you to let you know the no. of quantity purchased &
against those items either given back, or given for the
replacement purpose will be displayed. These details are
been displayed according to the details filled in the "GRN
" module

All the items which are purchased from the particular "Vendor"
will be specified in this module. Purchase order no., Purchase
order date, the no. of quantity, the rate applied &
accordingly the amount calculated will be displayed in this
module. These details will help you to refer according
to the "Vendor" wise, the no. of quantity purchased
from that vendor. These details are been displayed according
to the details filled in the "Purchase Order"
module.

Item With Outside Engineers:
|
|
This module will display the details of the materials which
are sent to those Engineers which are appointed for the
areas out of the state from where you are working. It will
display the materials issued & received from the outside
engineer's. The details specified in this module are -Issue
No, Date, Product, Project Name, Clients Location, the GRN
no. & the GRN date.

| This module specifies the
yearly stock of all the items with its rate & accordingly
amount calculated. It will also dispaly the Party's Name,
Invoice No., & Invoice Date. According to this report
you can know the status of the business, the profit &
loss occurred. |

Consummation Of Raw Material
|
|
This module will display all the raw materials which
are consumed for a project required by the customer. It
will display the Item Name, Quantity, Rate, its Value,Vendor
Name, Invoice no., GRN Date, GRN No. It
will also display the Customers Name, its Project Name
& the Location Name where it has been delivered. Sometimes
on the customers demand the location can be changed thereby
the items have to be delivered on the other location.

All raw materials required for a project once alloted will
be known as the "Finished Good" of the customers.Example,
to deliver a computer to the customer all the required materials
has to be assemble in it, thereby it will be known as Finished
Goods. In this report module you will get the details.
